2) Tell everyone that it is anonymous

3) Tell everyone to write their deepest feelings behind a mask

4) Tell them to take risks

5) Get everyone posting personal information

6) Tell everyone who everyone is without a vote/notice/headsup/ya

and thats how you do it!
