Steps
1) Make everyone sign a no bullying contract for blogs
2) Tell everyone that it is anonymous
3) Tell everyone to write their deepest feelings behind a mask
4) Tell them to take risks
5) Get everyone posting personal information
6) Tell everyone who everyone is without a vote/notice/headsup/ya
and thats how you do it!
I agree. That would be messed up if that's how it all went down. I trick everyone into sharing their most personal secrets and then WHAM, I reveal everyone's pen names without warning.
